Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage schedules and correspondence for the executive team
🔹 Assist with financial reporting and budget tracking
🔹 Coordinate internal and external meetings and events
🔹 Maintain and update records and documents
🔹 Support project management activities and team communication
Requirements:
✅ Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
✅ Proficiency in WordPress, Elementor, and SLACK
✅ Excellent communication and organizational skills
✅ Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
✅ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
